Renowned short story writer of contemporary Bangla literature Hasan Azizul Haque passed away on Monday. He was 82.
He breathed his last at around 9:15pm at his residence in Rajshahi.
Hasan Azizul Haque was a professor of philosophy at Rajshahi University.
‘He breathed his last at around 9:15pm at his residence at the university housing society,’ RU professor Malay Kumar Bhowmick told media.
Malay said that Hasan Azizul Huq had been suffering from various old-age complications for long.
