Appellate Division gets 3 new judges

Three Judges of the High Court Division were appointed to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Thursday.
They are- Justice Md Ashfaqul Islam, Justice M Abu Zafar Siddique and Justice Jahangir Hossain.
President M Abdul Hamid made the appointment as per article 95 (1) of the Constitution, a Law and Justice Division gazette notification said, reports BSS.
"The President has appointed three judges of the High Court Division as Judges of the Appellate Division from the date of their swearing-in," the notification said.
