4.4 magnitude earthquake jolts Sylhet

A 4.4-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale jolted Sylhet and its adjoining areas on Saturday.
"The earthquake was felt at 4.18pm (16 hours 18 minutes 31 seconds BST)," said Bangladesh Meteorological Department.
The earthquake's epicentre was in India’s Assam, 263-km away from the Dhaka Seismic Centre, said BMD.
There was no report of casualties or damage.
