Editor and publisher of the daily Janakantha Atikullah Khan Masud will be buried at Banani graveyard on Thursday.
The second namaz-e-janaza of Atikullah Khan Masud was held at Janakantha Bhaban around 3 pm.
Atikullah Khan Masud died of cardiac arrest at a hospital in the city early Monday.
His first namaz-e-janaza was held at Cantonment Jam-e-Mosque after Zohr prayers on Monday. Later, his body was kept at the mortuary of Birdem Hospital.
Atikullah Khan, also Chairman of the Globe Janakantha Shilpa Paribar, left behind wife, two sons, grandchildren and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
His second namaz-e-janaza was scheduled to be held at the Jatiya Press Club after Zohr prayers on Thursday but it did not take place there due to 'unavoidable circumstances'.
