The first cabinet of Bangladesh

Bangladesh is celebrating 50 years of its independence on Friday. The country achieved independence at the cost of 30 lakh lives. Over these five decades the country has gone a long way – from a basket-less case to become eligible for LDC graduation in 2026.

Many of us, especially the younger generation, don't know who were the men behind the freedom movement under the supreme leadership of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The Business Insider Bangladesh has brought up those leaders who were in the first cabinet of Bangladesh and their portfolios. Al of them were valiant freedom fighters and organisers.
