SBAC pays Tk5 lakh to a depositor

Dhaka (Oct 19, 2020): South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank (SBAC) has handed over a check of Tk five lakh to Shabiha Islam Subarna wife of depositor late Sadakul Islam as the death claim bima settlement under the bank’s Surokkha Millionaire Scheme.

Shabiha Islam Subarna as nominee of late Sadakul Islam has received the donation at a function held at Birganj branch office of the bank recently, said a press release.

Birganj Pourashava Municipality Mayor Mosharraf Hossain Babul, Local Businessman Yakub Ali, Ratan Kumar Saha, Mridul Kanti Deb and Abu Zafor, manager of the branch, among others, were present at the function.
