Pubali Bank offers loans to buy properties from Anwar Landmark

Consumers will get easy loans from Pubali Bank if they want to buy flat, plot, office or commercial spaces of Anwar Landmark.

Both parties have signed a deal in this regard on Thursday. Borrowers can pay off the loans in monthly installment, Pubali Bank said in a statement.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, prospective buyers will be given loans up to Tk 2 crore with an attractive interest rate and easy monthly installment facilities. But Pubali Bank did not disclose the interest rate it will charge for the loans.

Dewan Jamil Masud, general manager of Consumers Credit Division of Pubali Bank and Afzal Uddin Ahmed, adviser of Anwar Landmark signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Abdul Halim Chowdhury, managing director, Safiul Alam Khan Chowdhury, additional managing director and Mohammad Ali, additional managing director and COO of Pubali Bank, were present at the function.
