BRAC Bank Limited has contributed 50,000 pieces of blankets to the Prime Minister’s Relief and Welfare Fund for helping the underprivileged across the country in the winter.

Starting from November 30, BRAC Bank completed the delivery of the 50,000 blankets on December 22, reads a press release.

Earlier, in October, the private commercial banks, along with their advisory service organisation, the Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB), made commitments to contribute blankets to the relief fund and handed over a token at a digital event at the Prime Minister's office in Dhaka.
