LafargeHolcim Bangladesh holds webinar on water-resistant cement

LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited has recently organised a seminar titled ‘Heavy rainfall and infrastructure development in Bangladesh’.

The virtual seminar focused on the ‘Holcim Water Protect’ – a kind of specialised water-resistant cement – and its possible impact on the infrastructure of the country, reads a press release.

Dr Raquib Ahsan, professor of civil engineering department at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet), presented the keynote paper at the seminar, participated by more than 100 engineers.
