IFAD Autos’ sponsor director to sell shares worth Tk85 crore

Iftekhar Ahmed Tipu, one of the sponsor directors of IFAD Autos Limited, has decided to sell 20,000,000 shares from his holdings worth Tk85 crore.
He currently owns 82,888,162 shares of the company, according to a statement published on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website by the company.
Iftekhar Ahmed expressed his intention to sell the shares at the prevailing market price in the Block Market through DSE within the next 30 working days.
