Asian Paints launches first anti-Covid paint

Dhaka (Oct 25, 2020): Asian Paints Bangladesh Ltd., one of the largest paint manufacturers in the country, has recently launched its new product Royale Luxury Emulsion Health Shield for the customers.

A revolutionary indoor paint, developed by Asian Paints is the first interior paint in Bangladesh that is effective against Covid-19 and will kill 99 percent bacteria with a three year of warranty, said a press release today.

In addition, the product has a 5 year performance warranty with an advanced surface protector that provides stain resistance and purifies the air by neutralizing formaldehyde, it said.

The product has been recognized by studies conducted at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology in India and TÜV SÜD PSB in Singapore.
