Aman Feed declares 12.5% dividends

Aman Feed, a publicly listed company, on Monday recommended 10 percent cash and 2.5 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2020.

The company offered the dividend despite a significant decline in its earnings.

According to a disclosure posted on DSE website, the company said its earnings per share or EPS has gone down by nearly 28 percent to Tk 2.71.

The company also informed that bonus shares have been recommended to utilise its retained amount as capital for business expansion and it is not declared out of accumulated profit or reserve.
