Runner Automobiles approves 10% cash dividend

The 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of Runner Automobiles Limited has been completed where shareholders approved 10% cash dividend as per the board’s recommendation for the financial year ended on June 30.
The approval was given at the AGM held on a digital platform on Monday morning, according to a press release.
Chaired by Hafizur Rahman Khan, chairman of Runner Automobiles Limited, the meeting was also attended by its Managing Director and CEO Reazul Chowdhury, CFO Shanat Datta, Company Secretary Mizanur Rahman and other members of the board of directors.
Senior officials and shareholders were also present at the AGM.
