The first annual general meeting (AGM) of Unified Solutions Limited (USL) was held on a hybrid platform on December 21.
The chairman of the company Tauhidur Rahman presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Shareholders, the managing director, CFO, company secretary and others were also present at the meeting.
The shareholders unanimously resolved all agendas presented at the AGM.
