Berger Paint declares 300% interim cash dividend

Berger Paint Bangladesh Limited has recommended a 300 percent interim cash dividend for its shareholders.

The dividend payout was recommended at the company's board of directors meeting.

The dividend was declared from the retained earnings reported in the audited financial statement as of March 31, 2021.

The company informed it in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday.

The record date for the distribution of the declared interim cash dividend among the shareholders has been fixed as February 17, 2022.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (January 30) following its corporate declaration.
