Uber has recently launched ‘Privacy Center’ in its app where riders can access a complete breakdown of their ratings.
rider’s rating on the app is an average of the last 500 trips.
“I am pleased that from now on, all Uber users can access a breakdown of their average rating in the Uber app’s new Privacy Center. You’ll see how many drivers gave you a stellar 5-star rating, how many handed out the dreaded single star, and everything in between,” said Armanur Rahman, head of Bangladesh and East India of Uber, while commenting about the new feature and the milestone.
Uber believes that riders should have more visibility and transparency regarding their data. They can access the in-app Privacy Center to see the breakdown of their ratings.
“It also underlines the importance of civility when it comes to how Riders and Drivers interact with each other on our platform,” he added.
