Pubali Bank offers 12.5% dividend

The Board of Directors of Pubali Bank has recommended a 12.5-percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2021.
The record date for the dividend has been fixed on May 8, 2022, the bank said in a statement posted on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website on Sunday.
Pubali has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk 4.23 and consolidated NAV per share of Tk 38.69 as against Tk 3.60 and Tk 38.05 respectively a year ago.
The share price of Pubali Bank closed at Tk 27, down Tk 0.90 as investors considered the dividend not lucrative.
