United Power’s subsidiary declares Tk150cr interim cash dividend

United Jamalpur Power Ltd (UJPL), a subsidiary of United Power Generation and Distribution Company Ltd (UPGDCL), has declared Tk 150 crore interim cash dividend.
The company announced the dividend in its board meeting held on Monday, said the company in a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Thursday. The UPGDCL that holds 99 percent stake of UJPL will get Tk 148.5 crore as the interim cash dividend.
