Dotlines Bangladesh to develop alternate delivery channels for CVC Finance

Dotlines Bangladesh Limited on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CVC Finance to develop alternate delivery channels for its products.
This partnership is aimed to introduce new products to the existing line of products by packaging insurance coverage with those, reads a press release.
In addition to this, Dotlines will facilitate the delivery of other products like chatbot, VIVR and insuretech.
CVC Finance is a financial institution licensed by Bangladesh Bank with a diverse product portfolio that includes traditional lending and deposit products. Along with the traditional products, it has focused on creating alternate delivery channels leveraging technology.
Dotlines Bangladesh is a technology venture aimed at bringing solutions to various aspects of consumer and business focused services.
Managing Director of CVC Finance Limited Syed Minhaj Ahmed signed the MoU with the Director of Dotlines Mohiuddin Rasti Morshed.
Minhaj said, “Technology is the key to achieving competitive advantage these days. CVC Finance is focused on providing our customers with best tech-enabled products. This partnership will enable us to create value addition to our deposit customers.”
Rasti commented, “This is the beginning to a new journey. CVC Finance is making its mark in the industry and we are proud to be a part of this.”
Shah Wareef Hossain, deputy managing director; Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, head of IT; Faisal Amin, head of Operations; and Souman Sinha, head of Liability at CVC Finance were present at the ceremony among other officials from both parties.
