GSP Finance declares 10% dividend

GSP Finance Limited has recommended 2.50 percent cash and 7.50 percent stock dividends for shareholders for the year ended on December 31, 2021.

The dividend payout was recommended at the company’s board of directors meeting.

However, final approval regarding the dividends will come during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 27, 2022, on digital platform, said the company in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The company has reported EPS of Tk 1.44 and consolidated NAV per share of Tk 21.35 during the period.

The record date for the declared dividend distribution among the shareholders has been fixed as September 4, 2022.

The company has also informed that stock dividend is not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of the Company or through reducing paid up capital or through doing anything so that the post dividend retained earnings become negative or a debit balance.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (August 10) following its corporate declaration.
