BRAC Bank opens exclusive lounge for retail banking customers at its sales office

BRAC Bank has established a lounge for convenience to the customers in availing Retail Banking services.

The lounge will cater to the Retail Banking needs of the customers, ensuring service excellence with tailor-made services and faster delivery, read a press release.

This is the first-of-its-kind Customer Lounge where the Retail Sales Team will provide exclusive services to the customers. The customers can consult with the sales team to avail of customized services ranging from savings to various loan facilities, including home loans, car loans, personal loans, credit cards etc.

Selim R F Hussain, managing director and chief executive officer, BRAC Bank, formally inaugurated the lounge at Sepal Platinum Tower in Tejgaon, Dhaka, on October 26, 2022.

M Masud Rana, deputy managing director and chief financial officer; Md Mahiul Islam, head of Retail Banking; Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, head of Branches; heads of Retail Sales Units and senior officials were present.
