Walton Plaza managers asked to submit undertaking form with security cheques

County’s leading electronics and home appliances manufacturer Walton in June this year asked its branch managers of Walton Plaza to fill up an undertaking form and submit it with their security cheques (blank) to the company’s human resources department.

Walton sent an email to this end to the branch managers on June 2. The email was sent from Md Zeaul Hoque, HRBP, Plaza HRM. The email also attached the undertaking form.

Those who have already submitted their security cheques must complete the undertaking form and send it to their area HRBP through the courier by June 7, the email said.

Furthermore, those who are yet to submit their security cheques must send the completed undertaking form along with the cheque by June 10.

It also mentioned that since April many staff cheques (MICR) of Walton Plaza have been submitted to the HRM department.
