Global healthcare service provider Evercare Group is all set to launch a heavy-investment hospital in the port city Chattogram to provide quality medical services to the people around the area.

Called Evercare Hospital Chattogram, the hospital will be opened within the next month, said a press release.

Currently, the company has a popular hospital in the capital, named Evercare Hospital Dhaka, which was earlier known as Apollo Hospital.

Equipped with the latest technology and more than 500 leading medical professionals, the Evercare Hospital Chattogram will serve the communities around Chattogram to improve patient outcomes.

The 470-bed hospital, in the Ananna Residential Area of the Hathazari area, is the first-ever multi-disciplinary hospital in Chattogram and having a 24/7 emergency department, state of the art intensive care units.

The 492,000 square feet hospital is larger than its sister hospital in Dhaka in terms of size and capacity, the release said.

“It gives us great pleasure to bring global healthcare services to the people of Chattogram. As the first-ever internationally acclaimed hospital in the city, Evercare Hospital Chattogram will elevate the standard of medical care and set the benchmark for healthcare going forward,” said Massimiliano Colella, chief executive officer of Evercare Group.

“Evercare Hospital Chattogram will build on the strong synergy between leading consultants and physicians, support services and leading technology at our internationally accredited hospital in Dhaka and we will implement these same best practices in Chattogram from Day one,” Ratnadeep Chaskar, CEO of Evercare Hospital Dhaka said.
