ICMAB seeks government support for its development

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) has sought all-out support from the government for its further and rapid development.
It came up with the request when an ICMAB delegation led by its President Abu Bakar Siddique and SAFA President and past president of ICMAB A K M Delwer Hussain met Senior Secretary of Ministry of Commerce Dr Md Jafar Uddin at his office on Tuesday, reads a press release.
During this meeting, they have discussed the issues regarding ICMAB and apprised the senior secretary regarding the present status.
The senior secretary highly appreciated the role of the professional accountants in the economic development of the country and assured to provide full co-operation for the development of the CMA profession.
