Prime Insurance’s Q3 earnings become positive with a massive surge

Prime Insurance Company Ltd’s Q3 (January-March) earnings came out of the negative territory with a massive increase.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company said that its earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 0.56 for January-March 2021, a massive 1220 percent increase from Tk 0.05 in the negative a year earlier.
Meanwhile, the company’s net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 17.18 as of March 31, 2021, and Tk. 17.62 as of December 31, 2020.
