Shahjahan Khan re-elected BTCCI president

M. Shahjahan Khan has been re-elected president of the Bangladesh Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTCCI) for the fiscal year 2021-2023.
The election result was announced in the 15th AGM held on Saturday in the capital, said a press release.
Khan is also the chairman and managing director of SS Shipping and Chartering, SS Builders and Developers, MSK Ship management and Chartering, and Fatema Real Estate and Developers.
He also served the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) as president.
Apart from Shahjahan, Gaus Uddin Khan and Mohammed Hussain Sattar, Shamima Rahman, and M Salem Sulaiman were elected senior vice-president, vice-president, director of administration, director of finance, respectively.
The other newly elected directors are Abul Kashem Khan, Jafer Ummed Khan, Md Enayet Husain, Hossain A Sikder, Md Ahsanuzzaman, Shuchat Suntipada, Kiatkati Chaopaknam, Mohammad Junaed Ibne Ali, Zubair Hassan Chowdhury, and BP Barua.
Engineer Rashed Maksud Khan, chairman of the election board, conducted the polls.
