Deshbandhu Polymer’s Q3 earnings double

The third quarterly (January-March) earnings of Deshbandhu Polymer Limited more than doubled in a year.
With a double increase, the earnings also came out of the negative territory and became positive.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company said that its earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 0.02 for January-March 2021 as against Tk 0.11 in the negative for the same period of the previous financial year.
Meanwhile, its net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk 10.16 as of March 31, 2021, and Tk 10.48 as of June 30, 2020.
Deshbandhu Polymer offered 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders in the year 2020. During Tuesday’s trade, the adjusted opening price for each of its shares was Tk 11.
