Pragati Life Insurance declares 12% dividend

Pragati Life Insurance has recommended 12 percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2020. 

In a filing with the stock exchange on Tuesday, the company said that the annual general meeting, where the shareholders will approve the dividend, is scheduled to take place on August 12 via a digital platform.

Back in 2019, the company offered 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The adjusted opening price for each of its shares was Tk 121.7 during Tuesday’s session.
