Apex Textile Group unveils plan to introduce its own brand

Country’s leading textiles entrepreneur Apex Textile Group disclosed its plan to introduce its own brand on Monday.

Considering the growing demand of its fabrics, the group is going to launch its own brand soon, said Md Abrar Rashid, director of the group.

Addressing a view exchange meeting with wholesalers and retailers in the city, Abrar said that the Group is currently engaged in export oriented home textiles production, according to a media release.

“We also dye and weave fabrics for other top brands in the domestic market."

Expressing their views local fabric traders suggested that since Apex has a long presence in the fabric industry, their own brand will have enough potentials to grab the market.

They said that being a quality fabric producer Apex needs to concentrate on consumer friendly pricing for their products.

Apex is now mainly producing home textiles but it will expand its product base and will diversify other items while launching its own brand, AHM Jahangir, a director of the company said.
