BIBM to organise 3rd graduation ceremony Tuesday

The Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) is going to organise a third graduation ceremony for certified expert bankers on Tuesday.

Fazle Kabir, chairman of the BIBM Governing Board and governor of the Bangladesh Bank, will be present at the event as chief guest, said a press release.

Md Ataur Rahman Prodhan, chief executive officer and managing director of Sonali Bank, will deliver the ceremonial lecture.

The program will be chaired by Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, director general of the BIBM.

Mohammad Sohail Mostafa, director (Training and Certification Program) of BIBM, will deliver a welcome address and will moderate the entire program.

This is the third graduation ceremony of the BIBM for the certified expert bankers of six programmes -- Risk Management (CERM), Credit Management (CECM), Trade Services (CETS), Anti Money Laundering and Financial Crime (CEAF), E-Banking (CEEB) and Commercial Credit (CICC).

A total number of two hundred sixty graduates will be awarded certificates in the programme.
