National Mourning Day was observed at US-Bangla Medical College (USBMC).
On this occasion, a discussion meeting and prayer meeting was organised with all the teachers, officers and employees of the college, said a press release.
The programme began with Qur'an recitation.
On this day of mourning, Md Azizul Islam, principal of the college, and other offficials paid tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Begum Fazilatunnesa Mujib and other martyrs of August 15.
