Power Grid declares 20% cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd has recommended a 20 percent cash dividend for the 2019-20 fiscal year. 

An annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to take place on January 16 next year. 

The company also reported earnings per sharing (EPS) of Tk 4.45 and net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk 110.39 for 2019-20 FY, against Tk 5.39 (restated), Tk 92.97 (restated) respectively for the same period of last fiscal year. 

It also declared the net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of Tk 17.63 against and Tk 9.98 (restated).

Following the corporate declaration, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company. However, the floor price set by the Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) will be applicable accordingly.
