Dhaka (Oct 20, 2020): Marina Yasmin Chowdhury, one of the sponsor directors of Prime Bank, will buy 750,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within October 29, 2020.
She has expressed her intention to buy the shares in a statement posted on DSE website.
She is currently the vice chairperson of East Coast Group, a conglomerate focused on the fuel and energy sector for more than three decades.
