Apex Footwear declares 40% dividend

The board of directors of Apex Footwear has recommended 35 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year ended on June 30, 2021.

The board made the recommendation in a recent meeting in the capital.

However, final approval regarding the dividends will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for November 22, the company said in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Thursday.

The company has reported EPS of Tk 9.36 and consolidated NAV per share of Tk 256.81 during the period.

The record date for the distribution of the declared dividend among the shareholders has been fixed at October 21.
