Deshbandhu Polymer declares 5% dividend

The board of directors of Deshbandhu Polymer has recommended a 5 percent cash dividend for general shareholders for the year ended on June 30, 2021.
However, final approval regarding the dividends will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for December 15, said the company in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday.
The company will need to pay Tk 2.03 crore to the general shareholders as the dividend.
Deshbandhu has reported EPS of Tk 0.20 and consolidated NAV per share of Tk 18.07 during the period.
The record date for the distribution of the declared dividend among the shareholders has been fixed at October 28.
