Deshbandhu Polymer to issue Sukuk bonds

The board of directors of Deshbandhu Polymer, which is listed on the stock exchange, has approved a decision to raise Tk 500 crore through issuing Sukuk bonds.
According to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the amount will be confirmed by the issue manager, including a structuring specialist, subject to the approval of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), which could be up to Tk 500 crore.
Islami Bank Capital Management Limited and LankaBangla Investments Limited will be the issue managers of Sukuk Bonds.
