13 companies declare no dividend

Thirty-seven companies listed on the stock exchange On Thursday announced their dividend decisions for the fiscal year ended June 30. Of these, 13 companies decided not to pay any dividend.
Companies that did not pay any dividends are:
Usmania Glass
State-owned Usmania Glass Sheet has decided not to pay any dividend with a loss of Tk 6.66 per share. At the same time last year, the company had a loss of Tk 7.21. The company has not paid any dividend for three years.
Oimex Electrode
The company has decided not to pay dividends even though it is profitable this time. The company earned Tk 0.8 in the financial year ended in June. Last year the income was Tk 0.51. Dividends that year were 5 percent bonus shares.
Generation Next Fashions
This time, the textile company has earned Tk 0.1 per share but decided not to pay dividend. They did not pay dividends last year. The shareholders have not received any dividend from the company since 2019.
Khulna Printing & Packaging
Khulna Printing & Packaging, which had a loss of Tk 0.14 per share till the third quarter, has given a loss of Tk 6.12 per share till the end. The company listed in 2014 has been at a loss since 2017. However, the last four years together did not give the same loss this year.
Meghna Condensed Milk
The company, which was listed on the stock exchange in 2001, has no history of paying dividends. The company, which has incurred huge losses almost every year, has now paid a loss of Tk 8.26 per share. The previous year’s loss was Tk 7.67.
Meghna Pet Industries
This company of the same group has not seen a profit in a decade, nor has it paid dividends. The company had posted a loss of Tk 0.33 per share for the financial year ended June 30, this year. The previous year’s loss was Tk 0.30.
Dulamia Cotton
The textile company could not get out of the circle of losses again. The company had a loss of Tk 1.37 per share in the financial year ended June. Last year, the loss was Tk 1.28.
RN Spinning
The company has decided not to pay dividends like the previous two years. For the fiscal year ended June 30, the company was able to reduce losses compared to the previous year. From July 2020 to last June, their loss per share was Tk 0.18. At the same time last year, the loss was Tk 0.88.
Renwick Jajneswar
The state-owned company was able to reduce losses but did not declare any dividend. In the financial year ended last June, the loss per share was Tk 23.32. The company did not declare any dividend last year due to a loss of Tk 32 per share.
Shyampur Sugar
As always, the state-owned sugar mill has decided not to pay dividends with huge losses. The company had posted a loss of Tk 125.14 per share in the financial year ended June, which was Tk 121.38 in the previous financial year.
Zeal Bangla Sugar
This company has also incurred huge losses like every year. This time the loss per share was Tk 115.97. Last year, the loss per share was Tk 110.92.
Stylecraft
Although the share price of this company, which is discussed in the textile sector, has gone up, the news of disappointment has come for the investors. The company has decided not to pay dividend as it has incurred a loss of Tk 0.93 per share. The previous year’s earnings per share were Tk 0.48.
Savar Refractories
The company has decided not to pay dividend as it has incurred a loss of Tk 0.92 per share. Last year, the loss per share was Tk 1.30. The company has not paid dividends in the last two decades.
