The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) will hold public hearings on January 14, 16 and 17 to redetermine the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
The time, procedure and venue of the public hearings will be announced later, according to a press release from the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.
Interested individuals or organisations have been requested to send written statements or opinions to BERC by January 4.
Those who wish to participate in the public hearings must inform the commission by January 4. The listed people or organisations may participate in the hearings and present analytical data and related documents on the repricing of LPG.
LPG repricing proposals of the licensee or licensing organisation can be collected from the commission office during office hours or downloaded from the BERC website.
