Dhaka stocks open mixed in volatile trade on Wednesday morning.
In the first 30 minutes of trade, the benchmark DSEX edged 18 points or 0.32 percent higher at 5,627.
The DSES was down 1.4 points or 0.11 percent to 1,277 and blue-chip DS30 gained 6 points or 0.31 percent to 2,065.
The market broke the eight-day rally in the previous session amid panic sale when the turnover hit a 10-year high.
