Bashundhara LP Gas completes 100 LPG transfers through ‘ship-to-ship’ method

Bashundhara LP Gas Limited has achieved a century in LPG transfers through the ‘ship-to-ship’ method.

Bashundhara on Wednesday organised an event marking the achievement. The event congratulated Bashundhara Shipping unit chief Capt Ruhul Amin and his team.

LPG from two ships, “BLPG Warrior” and “BLPG Challenger”, anchored in Bangladesh maritime boundary, were transferred to Bashundhara light vessel, said a press release.

This method reduces the cost of LPG transport, thus cutting the price of gas. Most importantly, it cuts the interference of middlemen, the release said.

Other high officials of the Bashundhara Group were present at the event.
