Kutubuddin family to strengthen stakes in Envoy Textiles

Three directors of Envoy Textiles Limited, which is listed on the stock exchange, have announced that they will purchase 2 crore shares of the company from the market.
The company disclosed this in a post on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website on Monday.
Sponsor director Kutubuddin Ahmed will buy 43,79,564 shares, sponsor director Tanvir Ahmed will buy 1,19,51,104 shares and director Sumayyah Ahmed will buy 43,79,562 shares.
In all, these three directors decided to buy 2,07,10,230 shares of the company at market price.
It has been informed that they will complete the purchase of the announced shares within the next 30 working days.
On Monday, the closing price of each share of Envoy Textiles was Tk 46.80.
As per this, the market value of 2,07,10,230 shares declared by the three directors stood at Tk 96,92,38,764.
