Agricultural Marketing Company declares 32% dividend

The board of directors of Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (PRAN) has recommended 32 percent cash dividend for 2019-20 fiscal year. 

The general meeting of the company is scheduled to take place on December 24. 

The company also reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 5.70, net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk 81.99 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of Tk 15.52 for FY2019-20, against Tk 7.30, Tk 79.94 and Tk 35.13 respectively for the same period of the previous fiscal year. 

There will be no price limit on the trading of Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd’s shares on Tuesday, following its corporate declaration. However, the floor price set by the Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) will be applicable accordingly.
