Bangladesh Services Ltd’s income drop further, offers no dividend

The Board of Directors of Bangladesh Services Ltd has recommended no dividend for the 2019-20 fiscal year. 

An annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to take place on December 23 at InterContinental in Dhaka. 

The company reported negative earnings per sharing (EPS) of Tk 4.73 and negative net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk 6.76 for 2019-20 FY, against Tk 3.73 and Tk 2.03, both negative, respectively for the same period of last fiscal year. 

It also declared the net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of Tk 0.98 against negative Tk 2.56 in last FY.

Following the corporate declaration, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company. However, the floor price set by the Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) will be applicable accordingly.
