Expatriate Bangladeshis sent around $2.542 billion in remittances during the month of June, which is the highest in the past 47 months.
According to Bangladesh Bank (BB) data, Bangladesh received $23.92 billion in inward remittance in the recently concluded fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24), with $2.542 billion coming in June.
Besides, the country witnessed the highest remittance inflow in FY24 in the last three years, reports BSS.
