Premier Cement Mills declares 10% cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Premier Cement Mills Limited has recommended a 10% cash dividend for the 2019-20 fiscal year.

A virtual annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to take place on December 28.

In a statement published in the Dhaka Stock Exchange website, the company reported consolidated earnings per sharing (EPS) of Tk2.55 and consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk49.74 for FY2019-20, against Tk5.80 and Tk48.19, respectively, for the same period of the last fiscal year.

It also declared the net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of Tk6.99 for FY2019-20, against Tk6.05 for the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Following the corporate declaration, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company. However, the floor price set by the Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) will be applicable accordingly.
