Golden Harvest Agro Industries’ earnings per share (EPS) has gone down by 203.03% to negative 0.34 for Q1 (July-September) of 2020.
For the same period of last year, the EPS of the company was Tk0.33, according to a statement published on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website.
While the company did not mention the reason behind this decline, it can be assumed that the reduced number of frozen food purchase amid the lockdowns might be the reason behind the declining earnings of the company.
In its statement, the company said that its consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) was negative Tk0.08 for Q1 of 2020 against Tk0.55 for the same period last year.
Consolidated NAV per share was reported at Tk14.66 as on September 30 this year compared to Tk11.45 on September 30 last year.
