Dhaka stocks open positive after yesterday’s fall

Dhaka stocks opened higher on Tuesday after the downfall of Monday.
As of 11am, the benchmark index DSEX gained a massive 38.5 points or 0.79 percent to 4,905 points.
The Shariah-based DSES index was up 7.5 points or 0.67 percent to 1,121 and blue-chip DS30 rose about 8.04 points or 0.47 percent to 1,695.
The volume of trade-in value stood at Tk 166.19 crore. Of the issues traded, 56 declined, 180 advanced while the value of 81 stocks remained unchanged.
