N Mohammad Plastic to set up industry in Bangabandhu Economic Zone

N Mohammad Plastic Industries has inked a land lease agreement with the Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) and for setting up industry in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Special Economic Zone with an investment of $51.22 million.
Managing Director of the company Nazrul Haque and BEZA Executive Member Mohammad Ali Ahsan signed the agreement at a programme in the capital on Wednesday, said a press release.
Sheikh Yusuf Harun, BEZA executive chairman, and senior officials of the organization were present at the signing ceremony.
The company will build a variety of plastic products manufacturing plants, including PVC furniture, HDPE pipes and fittings, WPC and PVC doors, and flexible packaging in the economic zone.
The industry is expected to create about 1,600 jobs with the investment of $51.22 million on 10 acres of land, said the release.
