Prime Finance declares no dividend

Prime Finance Limited has recommended no dividend to its shareholders for the year ended on December 31, 2020.
The decision was recommended at the company's board of directors meeting, the company in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for October 28 on digital platform for the dividend approval of the shareholders. The record date for the dividend entitlement is September 30.
