Anjan Dutt sued over upcoming ‘Bela Bose’ movie by producer

Producer Rana Sarkar has filed a case against Anjan Dutt, a singer-songwriter, film director and actor for an upcoming movie based on his famous song “Bela Bose”.
He was sued by producer Rana Sarkar, as Dutt reportedly cancelled the project after taking advance money from him.
Later, Sarkar found that Dutt was indeed making the movie, but with another producer.
Sarkar has also sought ₹57 lakh from Dutt in the case filed at Alipore court in India.
He alleged that Anjan Dutt and his son Neel Dutt had cheated on him.
Later, on Friday, the court ordered to halt the production work of the Bela Bose movie.
A notice was also sent to Anjan Dutt, but he did not comment on the matter yet.
